This would apply a Spectrum Filter to the precursor object. Behavior would be similar to how we deal with adducts - multiple values result in multiple precursor targets.
We already have a "Neutral Loss" column type but that just shifts the precursor mz value. Finding a column name that's distinct but not awkward is difficult.
