Title»Add a way to add annotation definitions to a Skyline document from the command-line
Assigned To»Nick Shulman
Type»Todo
Area»Skyline
Priority»2
Milestone»23.2
MacCoss lab processing pipelines are looking for a way to add annotation definitions for sample metadata to an existing Skyline document from the command line. Aaron has started implementing this by directly changing the XML, but this breaks the audit trail. He needs command-line arguments to define annotations or a command-line argument to import annotations definition XML into the current document.

Sorry for the thrash. This is probably a good next step for you along with File > Export > Annotations.
