I don't know very much about Lipid Creator but if you send us your files and tell us what sort of problems you are seeing we can certainly try to figure it out or find an expert who can help.
I am not sure which files we would need.
In Skyline you can use the menu item:
File > Share
to create a .zip file containing your Skyline document and supporting files including extracted chromatograms and spectral libraries.

Files which are less than 50MB can be attached to these support requests.

If you think there are any other files we might need to understand your problem feel free to zip them up and send them as well.

It might be that someone else who knows more about Lipid Creator will be able to answer your question before me.
