Our second webinar of 2021, drew 120 viewers to learn another DIA/SWATH method -- parallel accumulation serial fragmentation (diaPASEF) data collected with a Bruker timsTOF instrument. On December 7, 2021, Ben Collins, a leading DIA researcher, provided an overview of the instrument configuration and the data collection process of his 3-organism mix experiment -- the PASEF equivalent to what we presented in our popular webinar DIA/SWATH Data Analysis in Skyline Revisited. Skyline Principal Developer Brendan MacLean then guided viewers through the newly completed Skyline tutorial Analysis of diaPASEF Data. The webinar concluded with a lively Q&A session which produced way more questions that the presenters had time to answer live.
